My name is Nate Titman. I've been in the Maryland real estate business for over 15 years (and an attorney for almost 10 years). In 2022, I started The Esquire Broker LLC to try to make a difference in our world. When Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, 2022, I thought about what I could do to help the people of Ukraine in their fight for survival. Here is my promise... The broker has the final discretion over what organization(s) receives the donation, but will work with the client to reach a consensus, which will be reflected in the addendum.
